Hence, we claimed from the cashier. For the first product, she said for their branch the free gift is not included ( the brochure did not state the free gift are only available for certain branch only).Next, for a brand we bought until RM20 and we should get a free gift, she said they do not have the stock yet, every branch also do not have the stock now. Last, overall for the amount of money we spent we also can get another gift, she answered, the stock is not available yet. Then we ask,'Can we claim on some other day?' "Cannot, the brochure stated while stock last, so we only give you if when you paid there is stock."

How can they like that? In the end we do not get what we should get. If you were me, I bet you do get mad.

If I am not mistaken, this is the first day they do the promotion. If they really cannot have the free gifts on time, they should take a rain check by delaying the promotion date. I hate empty promises. This is really a lie. I strongly believe that as a businessman, he should be honest and keep his promise. Why want to cheat your customers and spoil your shop's reputation?
