Last Saturday, we went to Downtown Seattle. Our main purpose is to visit the first and original Starbucks at Pike Place Market.

The Starbucks shop was fulled of people when we reached there. Honestly, it is just an old and small shop with no table and chair for customer. As the first Starbucks, it does sells several kinds of souvenir.

Well, you may say that this post is 'rojak', because I am going to mention a few things which have no connection with each other at all.

First and foremost, thank God, I already sat for TOEFL(which cost me USD230). Hehe... Finally! Honestly, time flies(I always state this). Now, left SAT2, universities application essays and teacher evaluations forms to go.

I must not be lax!!! Faster wake up!!!

I traveled to Singapore to sit for TOEFL and I got to do a light shopping.
I lived in my cousins' house. They are so kind. On top of that, they treated me for a few meals.

I found out how some one will feel will he meets with a person whom is very annoying. God wants us to love others including our enemies. However, I found out that to love some one you do not like is very hard. True! But, I just swallowed my unsatisfactory silently, because I still know that we should respect the elders. Actually I planned to do all my complaints about that person in this post. I changed my mind anyway.

Muahahahaha... I went to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

We reached there at 12 something in the morning on 10th of May.

Hotel: Tune Hotel at 1 Borneo.

Description for the hotel: small but cheap.

They stated that they are the hotel that gives us five star sleep with one star price. Besides, the earlier you book, the cheaper it will be per night.

The bed and the shower are quite nice.



1 Borneo is the first and largest hypermall in East Malaysia. It is bigger than Spring and Boulevard. Many shops inside for us to shop and many restaurants for us to choose to have our meal. There are some shops that we cannot find in Kuching such as Add On ( a shop that sell branded product like Nike, Adidas and most importantly, Mickey), Crocs... There is also no Tune supermarket in Kuching. There are also restaurant like Fish and Co. which we cannot find in Kuching. However, 1 Borneo is far from the town area. That is not a problem, because there are buses that will send us to Warisan Square ( in the town, opposite water front), and vice versa, FOR FREE. The toilets in Spring are better and cleaner than 1 Borneo. We need to pay RM 0.30 for using the toilets in 1 Borneo while the toilets in Spring are free of charge.



Now let talk about Warisan Square. It is also a hypermall, but smaller than 1 Borneo. The interior design of Warisan Square is quite special. Hmm.. The fee for entering the toilets there is RM 0.50. They will give you a packet of Guardian tissue. In my opinion. the toilets are lousier than 1 Borneo.

- Souvenirs

- A Paper Fan That Has My Face On It



We also went to Lok Kawi Wildlife Park.
The park is greater than Matang Wildlife Park bacause there is more animals to see.

I plan to go Sabah again with my friends, two days one night for shopping next time, who want to join me??
